PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This American Culinary Federation (A.C.F.) accredited program is designed to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge to function professionally in the hospitality industry. BTC's Culinary Arts program faculty are award-winning. Program content requires the application of basic math and reading skills. Students will complete the certificate upon completing fall, winter, spring and summer quarters. To complete the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree, students will need to complete one to two additional quarters.
